Garden Estates Apartments was first occupied in the fall of 1987. Garden Estates Apartments was constructed as housing for families. Garden Estates Apartments consists of 4 townhouse units. This provides family housing in 4 two bedroom handicap accessible apartments and 4 two bedroom and 6 three bedroom apartments where the bedrooms are located on the second floor.
Taylor Street Plaza was first occupied in the fall of 1970. Taylor Street Plaza consists of 150 one-bedroom apartments in a 16-story building. Taylor Street Plaza was constructed as housing for elderly individuals and couples. Today individuals, and couples, who meet the income limits established for a specific family size, occupy Taylor Street Plaza. Taylor Street Plaza received it’s new name on June 19, 2014.
Lewis Court Apartments was first occupied in the fall of 1979. Lewis Court Apartments was constructed as housing for families. Lewis Court Apartments consists of 14 units. This provides family housing in 8 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom ranch style apartments.
Mason Court Apartments were first occupied in the fall of 1971. Mason Court Apartments was constructed as housing for families. Mason Court Apartments consists of 13 duplex units and a community center. This provides family housing in 12 two bedroom apartments and 14 three bedroom apartments.
